Site Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026.

1. Data controller

The data controller is INFLUENCER CAMP S.R.L. ("Influencer Camp", "we"), with registered office at Via Giovanni Pascoli 10, Dello (BS), Italy, VAT 04580410985. For any question about personal data, write to privacy@influencer.camp.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers only the marketing website influencer.camp and its visitors. Processing of data for users registered on the platform (accounts, data collected from linked social accounts, metrics) is described in the Platform Privacy Policy.

3. Data we process

The website is a static informational site: it has no sign-up, no data-collection forms, and no analytics or profiling tools. We process a minimal set of data:

  • Technical browsing data: when you visit the site, our hosting and CDN provider logs technical data such as IP address, browser and operating system, requested pages, and date/time. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure, and diagnose issues. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing the site.
  • Language preference: if you pick a language, we store it in a technical cookie and in browser local storage to reapply it on later visits. Legal basis: technical necessity to provide the requested service. Details in the Site Cookie Policy.
  • Correspondence: if you email one of our addresses, we process the message content and your contact details to reply. Legal basis: responding to your request.

4. Fonts

Typefaces are hosted directly on our servers: displaying them involves no request to any third-party service and no transmission of your IP address to external font providers.

5. Hosting and recipients

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, acting as data processor for technical browsing data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on adequate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention

Technical logs are kept for as long as needed for security and diagnostics, per the hosting provider's practices. The language preference stays on your device until you clear it. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability under arts. 15-22 GDPR by writing to privacy@influencer.camp. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version is always available at this address, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
